•After 25 years + experience of leading, innovating and operating in a highly regulated environment – the SRA and the FCA - Ed successfully oversaw the sale of the Fletchers Group legal services business to Private Equity.

Now a non-practising Solicitor, Ed has an MA distinction in Developing Professional Practice, attended the Strategic Leadership Programme at Oxford University and nurtured his love of exponential growth on the Executive Programme at Singularity University, Palo Alto, CA.

Ed founded Barron Fletcher Consulting to share his experience and insight to assist others to lead, grow and profitably exit their organisations.
